At last - an excellent Thai restaurant in the cape, within a 50 mile radius- just like what you would find in Washington State. Thai Hot means Thai hot. We did take out and the lettuce wraps Thai Hot were awesome as was everything else YumYum

We usually order at the other Thai place in Cape Coral but they didn't answer their phone tonight so I suppose everything happens for a reason right? I see from other reviews that this place is new and needed to work some kinks out, but the only issue I had with the place is the poor girl that was waiting on all of the tables/answering phone all by herself. Place was pretty busy, but she kept up and took care of our take out order very fast. We got about 5 dinners to go ..pad Thai, pad si-ew, fried rice, rad nar and some dumplings....everything was to our liking. The pad Thai was prepared a little differently than I am used to, but still good in its own way. We will be back!

Nice find Just opened in Nov 2014 Nice people Great tasting curries as hot as you like them Also had nice spring rolls Very tasty noodle soup similar to Pho but slightly sweeter taste probably due to some peanuts somewhere Several couples leaving said they loved it and would come back We will too!!

Awesome authentic Thai food & good service! Recommend the mussels for starter, squid for dinner & Thai pudding for dessert!

Delicious food. Service is moderately slow, but since they make every dish to order the wait is worth it.

Outstanding authentic Thai food. No service issues during our lunch. The Panang curry is sweet, with a little heat. If you like spice, don't be afraid to go a little hotter than normal. We've been eating at an authentic Thai restaurant in Minnesota for 10 years and this is our Thai away from home now.

The food was okay at best. Customer service is lacking even when they make an error they don't own up to it. I also feel like the food is too expensive for the quality. You can get better Thai food elsewhere.

Have been meaning to check this place out and finally got an opportunity this evening. Was close to 8:00 so only one other table, staff greeted us right away and throughout our dinner they were very laid back and friendly. We are not very familiar with Thai cuisine other than of course Pad Thai, so thankfully there are good descriptions with each menu item. We ordered Wanton soup, Tom Yum Kung, Dumplings, the LARB salad and Pad Thai. Everything came out quickly and first impression we were a little disappointed in portion sizes, except for the soups (standard) the dumplings were smaller than most, the pad Thai was enough, but just cutting it and the salad was smaller than a side salad so thankfully we paired with soup or that would never be a complete entree. Once we started biting into everything we were very impressed; the flavor factor is way up - everything was super flavorful and fresh tasting. The Tom Yum Kung is going to be hard not to crave once a week- the LARB salad I will not spend $8 on again. The atmosphere is bright and laid back, the dining area was clean and inviting. Bottom Line: Little light portion wise, but huge flavor. Definitely deserving of a repeat visit. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. The hours are wonky and not very patron friendly- so will have to time out the next visit accordingly.

Well as of this writing Thai Nawa has been open for about 19 days. As all new places it is having growing pains and need to make adjustments. My server Destiny was outgoing and a bit chatty. I finally found a eatery which knows what hot & spicy means. So if you are NOT a wimp order thai hot. My dish Spicy basil was hot and delish. All ingredients were fresh and made to order. The prices were a tad high, but, when dealing with ethnic foods you pay more when obtaining good quality authentic stuff. So give them some love and patience and review them is 6 months. If they do not make your expectation then by all mean stop being a patron & trash them in a review.

Clean atmosphere. Bright colors which sets it apart from the typical dungeon theme most Thai restaurants employ. The chicken satay appetizer is amazing especially if you're a peanut butter fan. I had the red curry with beef medium heat. I love hot food and thought the medium was fairly hot. Excellent in flavor. Wife had the pad Thai, tasted fine but not their best option. Portion sizes are very generous. No complaints, will be back.

We have always have had great food since they opened. I saw that Vic posted a 2 Star Review. I was there the night he was with his family eating. We were a few tables away and watched it happen. That was the first night they were open. They didn't expect to get slammed all day and run put of food. We have had the Curries which were great, waterfall salad, Spicy Basil Beef, Ginger Chicken, and the Wonton Soup is excellent.

I had never even come close to trying Thai food... but when this place opened so close to home, I figured I would give it a shot. On my first visit I had the lettuce wraps. I have had them at PF Chang's with every single visit. To my delight, Thai Nawa's were even better... and I love PF Chang's! With that I had the Mongolian Beef. Incredible! About a month later I was dying to get back. I ordered something that I had never heard of (besides the lettuce wraps, again). It was in the Noodle Dishes menu, called "Rad Nah." I had it with the shrimp and no mushrooms. It was take away, so after my wraps, I could only eat half of this truly amazing creation. Late the next day, it was just as perfect in the microwave (even though, I knew it should have been reheated in a pan; as with any pasta dish. I can wait to wake up tomorrow. Either for lunch or dinner I will be there to try my third meal (or Rad Nah) with my wraps. Hopefully this place can survive the typical "restaurant row" that Pine Island Road has become! Not that I'm complaining; variety is the spice of life, they say. Tha Cape has come a long way in the past few years. 5***** recommendation on my part.

Hand's down better than Phensri Thai in North Fort Myers! I just went there last night and it took a long time for the server to find me and I found the food quantity to be lacking with very watery curry sauce. The service here is spirited, friendly and quick. I ordered the Massaman Curry with Pork. It was great! They even have a Thai favorite... mango and sticky rice for dessert. That was simply delicious!

Quick bite out. First time at Thai Nada and definitely please. Seafood Prik Pao just right amount of heat, spot on taste. Little one loved the vegetable soup, was supposed to share and I didn't even get a sip of broth. Tofu and all gone. :)

If you appreciate Thai flavors, this is a pearl. Chef can put it on the table with soups, curries and the depth of spicy goodness will wake you up! A drawback is if you were hoping for a more elegant look...it is clean, bright and the service is excellent. I would even use the curries for catering a party. Fun to have a spot near us w fab food!

Great Thai Food! I have been twice now and loved my food both times. I ordered the red curry and the wife got the chicken pad thai. Both dishes were excellent. Nice size portions too. We will definitely be back! Go support a LOCAL business.

I can't quite give it 5 stars but I do want to try it again! We did take out and my husband and I both thought our two meals (dinner) were small. We also got the cream cheese puffs, only 4?! It was all very flavorful, fresh and piping hot. We had the chicken pad thai and the spicy basil chicken- which neither of us were crazy over but it was still good. There are many other options I want to try from seeing the other reviews and I'm hopeful this place will be around awhile!

Well. First of all this is a very new restaurant as of Nov 2014. However, the negatives abound at the given time, with a few positives. First of all, the interior decor is nothing special, which would be acceptable for counter service, or an inexpensive menu-- but the menu is not inexpensive. We came on a Friday night at 6:30 and were told that we could be seated, but there would be a 45-minute wait for food from the kitchen once we ordered. They were severely understaffed, and the woman at the counter who also doubled as the one server -- was trying her best, but seemed incredibly frustrated. A family of five, Thai-food lovers (we lived in Bangkok for 3 years), and pretty laid-back customers-- we decided to give them a chance, hoping the food would blow us away. We ordered a variety of items, to satisfy the kids and we parents: spring rolls, satay, dumplings, dumpling soup, grilled waterfall beef salad, Chicken Laab, Pad Thai, Pork Pad See ew, fried rice, Tom Ka Gai, and Jasmine rice. They had run out of ingredients for dumplings so they had to cancel that order. They only had enough meat cut for 1 order of satay - though we had ordered 3, they ran out of jasmine rice, we ordered 2 orders of Tom Ka Gai but they only brought one, our Pad Thai was ordered with chicken and shrimp... But was missing the shrimp, so they brought over 3 cooked plain shrimp and dumped them on top. Pretty much a fail all the way around. In addition, we had 3 sets of silverware for 5 people, and were eating our dinner off of appetizer plates... As for the taste of the food --- the waterfall beef salad was outstanding, made authentically down to the cracked rice- delicious. Also, the chicken Laab was also good. Not outstanding, but delicious. However, nothing else was good. The Pad Thai was that sweet Americanized version reminiscent of ketchup with peanut butter in it. I first returned the Pad See ew because I thought it was the wrong dish. It had carrots and mushrooms in it and used pad Thai noodles... Not the authentic large flat square rice noodles that make this dish what it is. The satay and fried rice were just okay, and the spring rolls were mushy-- the noodles inside were a mass of gelatinous goo. The Tom Ka Gai was tasty, but lacked flavor, too light on the fish sauce, onions, Ka (galangala), etc.. Also in general the food was all bland and without the spice that sets Thai food apart. I understand that an American clientele may demand food without spice or heat, but also absent were the traditional Thai condiments: fish sauce, chiles, dried chili powder to allow those of us who expect it -- to add it ourselves. To add to the experience, our bill was a tiny register tabulation (not itemized). We insisted on clarification to find that many of the items not delivered were charged, as were the incorrect number of beers. My general impressions include: 1) they are not ready for the public 2) they are under-staffed 3) they need better systems, including their bill process 4) if the service were more attentive, they would sell more. If I had been offered... I would have ordered at least 3 beers... I was there for 2 hours after all. 5) it's Thai food - offer people some chiles I was hoping for another authentic Thai restaurant closer to home, but this is not it. The food is not bad-tasting... It's just not high quality, authentic, Thai food... And for $85.00 plus tip... It should be better.
